We operate an appointment system for Doctors and Nurses, ask the receptionist for an appointment to suit your needs. You can ask for a particular Doctor or Nurse but we cannot guarantee your choice will be available especially on our 48 hour Access Scheme. The Doctors provide medical advice and treatment and with the Nurses regular monitoring of chronic diseases.
We also offer an Internet Booking service. You can book your appointment by clicking the icon below.
Please call the surgery as soon as possible to arrange an emergency appointment.
We try to offer a 48 hour service for appointments but we cannot guarantee if you specify for a particular Doctor.
If possible please try to telephone reception before 10am if you require a home visit.
A doctor or nurse may phone you back as it may be that your problem can be dealt with by telephone advice, or that it would be more appropriate to send a nurse, or indeed arrange a hospital attendance.
House visits are only available for patients who are housebound because of illness or disability.
Please remember that several patients can be seen in the practice in the time that it takes to make one home visit. There are also better facilities for examining and treating patients at the Health Centre.
Wheelchair access is available for disabled patients.
We have access to external interpreters/advocates
We lose between 20-25 appointments each month because patients book appointments then fail to turn up. This is very wasteful of doctor and nurse time, time which could have been used for other patients. There are many reasons for this behaviour including forgetfulness, travel problems and difficulty contacting us by telephone amongst others.
If you cannot keep your appointment please let us know as soon as possible by telephoning:- 020 8270 0400
You may also cancel your appointment by faxing the practice on the following number:- 020 8270 0402.
If you have booked your appointment using the internet access, you can also cancel your appointment using the same service.
If possible please give as much notice as possible, as this appointment could be offered to another patient.

Our Practice is committed to providing a safe, comfortable environment where patients and staff can be confident that best practice is being followed at all times and the safety of every-one is of paramount importance.
All patients are entitled to have a chaperone present for any consultation, examination or procedure where they feel one is required. This chaperone may be a family member or friend.
On occasions you may prefer a formal chaperone to be present.
Your healthcare professional may also require a chaperone to be present for certain consultations in accordance with our chaperone policy.
If you wish to have a member of the Practice staff present during your consultation please mention this to our Reception Staff when booking your appointment, or to the doctor at your consultation, and it will be arranged. All Chaperones are DBS Checked.
Please try to arrive five minutes before your appointment time. If you arrive late, we may not be able to see you. We aim to see the majority of our patients as close to their appointment time as possible and hope you will understand when this is not always the case.
The usual cause of running late is a patient presenting us with more than one problem at a time. Therefore, please let the receptionist know when booking your appointment if you need to discuss more than one problem so that a longer appointment can be allocated.
